I'm James Hoare, the founder of Regulus Consulting. I've spent over 20 years in customer-facing technology roles — implementing enterprise AI and software platforms (SaaS and on-prem), leading product initiatives, and working directly with some of the largest enterprises and government agencies in the world.

I'm now translating that experience into hands-on guidance for founders, startups, scale-ups, and international businesses navigating software implementation, operations, and US market entry.

I'm also a licensed attorney in New York. I don't lead with that here, but it shapes how I think about risk, contracts, and the downstream consequences of technology choices. I also have a separate legal practice over at Regulus Law PLLC.

Regulus Consulting exists to give companies the kind of strategic, hands-on technology guidance that's usually reserved for the biggest players — without the overhead.
